A: Generally, there are five steps, that are forming, trimming and patching, painting, printing, and stickers.

1. Product molding: The total output is related to the number of molds. The more molds have, the greater the daily output will be. For any OEM product, the minimum number of mold is 5 sets.

2. Trimming and patching: Patching fine holes by filled with glue due to PU process problems. It happened in special shapes, regular cars and balls are rarely repaired.

Trimming refers to trimming excess material after foaming. It is greatly affected by artificial operation in PU production.

3. Painting: Coloring of products, such as coloring red lines on baseballs, etc.

4. Printing: Generally suitable for monochrome LOGO printing. Printing use the Pad printing machine.

5. Stickers: For complex LOGO, it must use stickers (transfer sticker). Because it is manual alignment, it is easy to make position deviation.
